Le sigh. Just the thought of simplicity inspires me to exhale deeply. I guess the capacity for simplicity exists in every moment. For me it is my monkey mind that adds to the complexity, i.e. I am not just here now. I am also aware of all I have to do today and tomorrow and what I won’t get done, etc. That, for me, is where the complexity and chaos come in.
