Not many words this week. It is possible I am worded out, at least for the moment. But I've been sorting through boxes: scanning, filing, putting to rights, and shredding. Mucho shredding. Shredding paper is its own kind of magic, turning the weight of obligation into fluffy little bits of confetti.
It seems if you stop thinking so much about what you should be, you can find out who you really are.

Last sentence really describes Rohr’s concept of contemplation for me. Perhaps your shredding is about more than just the documents…….
