My CSA this week included these adorable little caraflex cabbages.
Although cabbage is not new to me, these are, and I am excited to be able to try them. It is also wonderful that they are small enough that I can experiment in the kitchen without being tied to eating cabbage for a week.
There is also a bounty of 'slenderette' green beans. Summer salads beckon.
