Only six inches this time instead of the 20 we had after Christmas. But it is still just as pretty.
I love the way snow blankets the world in silence and the almost mystical whiteness before the plows scrape the snow into gray-brown piles and sounds of civilization resume.

I always loved waking up in the middle of the night and realizing it had started to snow – very quiet and light outside. Your pictures are lovely.
We got this too! (We actually probably got 8 inches or so, which is the most snow we’ve seen here in 2 years?!) It is pretty, till you try to do something! 🙂
