What have I done today? Sometimes I don’t remember and I wonder what I did all day and why nothing got done on the big projects: All in all it was a typical day for a housewife and part-time office manager, and I am happy with what was accomplished. I really have no complaints about my life but I harbor suspicions that I could get a lot more done if I tried harder.
We got up a little early this morning at 6:30. I was very draggy this morning and moving slowly.
Made Breakfast, cleaned up the kitchen, made bed.
Put away yesterday’s handwash. Washed pantyhose followed by a silk sweater.
Added water to the pool for one hour. Swept deck and front walk.
Cleaned all 3 bathrooms including thoroughly cleaning out vanity and cosmetic cabinets in yellow bathroom. Master bathroom only required a few grungy spots and areas that George tends to miss on Mondays.
Washed outside of Stove Vent
Washed towels and bath mats.
Ordered yoghurt from Old Chatham Sheepherding Company.
Called Shirley Cunningham and had nice discussion about her fitting system and ordered first part of fitting program and a couple of books.
Post to Purls and Murmurs
By that time it was 11:00 and time for me to get dressed and ready for the day.
Attempted to call Mom, left message.
