These photos are actually from a few weeks ago, back when I was thinking about photos and carrying my camera around all the time. Somehow all of that slipped my mind lately, but I still wanted to post the pictures.
Most of these pictures are of from Knoxville, even though I spent most of the week in Texas. Flowers were very much on my mind that week and I was fortunate enough to be in Dallas in time for the bluebonnets, as seen in the lower left photo.
There was no plan to my photographic choices, just whatever would capture my imagination at any given moment, but obviously I was focused on spring. Focusing on spring is always good.

Toronto is very ugly most of the time, but when spring gets going (generally at the beginning of May) and the rain leaves, it transforms. I mean, the ugly is still lurking, but as a contrast to the beauty of the weather, things looks somehow more gorgeous.
At least you don’t have any snow.
Your collage really captures spring’s promise — lovely!
Lovely photos, Mardel. Thanks for sharing them — as well as so much of your journey. I sense that you are still you (does that make any sense). Know that people from everywhere are holding you G in our/their hearts and prayers. Blessings and peace…
I am back often just to ‘be here’ in a way, thinking of you.
The flowers are beautiful, thank you for taking the time to post them. You have such an intrinsic artfulness to you, your collage is lovely.
Thinking of you every day. ((Hugs))
Mardel, I hope you don’t mind this post. Let me know if you do and I will take it do or alter it. http://wendybrandes.com/blog/2013/05/jewelry-can-make-you-strong-part-ii/
