Yesterday I awoke to an overwhelming urge to wear blue suede shoes. Luckily I knew I had a pair hiding out in the master closet and so I wore them.
They made me very happy.
Actually, it was the hot pink soles that made me happy. I couldn't help but smile. I felt like I was walking on my own magic carpet of joy.

Very cute. If those are Cole Hahn, I have a pair of blue ones with blue-violet soles:). And I wear them on days when I need a soft landing.
Oh what fun! Are they Cole Haan? I have seen similar there.
Were they comfortable? The ones I’ve seen look like they’d need a years wearing before they were softened up.

Lisa, Duchesse, and Ginger R. These are by Esquivel and are several years old. They are exquisitely comfortable and feel like they were made for my feet. I also have a silver and violet pair by Cole Haan which took a little more breaking in (for me anyway) but which I also love. Cole Haan is much kinder to my budget however, as well as easier to find.
I can see why the shoes make you happy. They are beautiful.
