I finished reading Resistance by Anita Shreve and it was a nice enjoyable book with a good story. After the last couple of books, even on the bicycle, this was quiet a releif. Good story, enjoyable read. Happy. It is not profound. It is not the next great novel. But it was a very entertaining diversion for several hours; and that, sometimes, is a little slice of heaven.
